CrossFit is for everyone (guys, girls, young or old and even kids!). We know that it can be intimidating for beginners looking to try CrossFit, but rest assured that our world class coaches here at CrossFit AEON will give you the best training and support possible.
All our workouts can be scaled (adapted) to suit your level of fitness and strength, with the emphasis being on good form and technique. Yes, we will challenge you at CrossFit AEON but you will totally love us for it. Can you do this? Absolutely, YES you can!
The intro to CrossFit is a FREE one hour personal training session that will give you a basic understanding and experience of CrossFit.
However, don’t come dressed for a meeting…because it’s also a workout! It’s what we at “the box” (gym) call the ‘CrossFit Aeon Benchmark’. It’s a challenging, but achievable workout that will give you a taste of what a CrossFit workout is like and also help us (and you) to gauge your current fitness level. Don’t let that scare you. We welcome people at all levels of fitness and from all walks of life.
By the end of your CrossFit AEON Intro session you will have seen our gym, learned about the CrossFit philosophy, done a short, intensive workout and met our friendly fitness family.
You won’t need anything fancy in order to try CrossFit. Just come to the intro session dressed in comfortable clothes and sneakers good for working out in. You’ll also want to bring a towel and a water bottle. That’s it. We’ll take care of the rest.
All you need to do now is to make the decision to come and give CrossFit a try. If you’re like many of our members, you just may find that coming to CrossFit AEON was the best decision you ever made – at least as far as your health and well being are concerned. Plus it’s FUN and we’re like family here. Did we mention that?
