CrossFit is the training method we coach at CrossFit AEON. It combines running, olympic weightlifting, bodyweight movements, kettlebell training, gymnastic movements and a whole heap of other functional movements into short (10-20min), but intense workouts.
CrossFit combines all these varied movements in such a way so that you can become well rounded in all 10 general physical skills that make up fitness.
