Top 6 CrossFit Sites & Fridays WOD

The world of CrossFit is big. Real big! With over 5000 CrossFit box’s spread out around the world there’s an infinite number of resources at your disposal. Between certifications, blogs, videos, websites, social media, podcasts, forums and the many and varied opinions every CrossFitter with more than a weeks experience, it’s a lot to take in.

So I’ve done the work for you. Here’s my list of the Top Ten CrossFit Websites…

1. CrossFit Aeon

It may seem like blatant self promotion, but if you’re an athlete at CrossFit Aeon and crossfitaeon.com.au isn’t bookmarked on your computer than YOU’RE CRAZY! You’ll find all the WODs, news, events and other random cool stuff.

2. Mobility WOD

Awesome mobility videos posted everyday by Kelly Starret (K-Starr), one of the best CrossFit coaches around and a bad ass physio to boot. Again, if you’re not all over mobilitywod.com daily, then YOU’RE CRAZY!

3. CrossFit Journal

By far the most educational website about all things CrossFit is journal.crossfit.com. With videos, articles and podcasts posted every day covering everything from instruction to community awesomeness. Every bit worth the yearly subscription of US$25.

4. Drywall

Sometimes CrossFitters take themselves a bit too seriously. The author of forgingelitesarcasm.com holds a mirror up to the CrossFit community to remind us not to be so “Elite”. Definately NSFW!!!

5. Marks Daily Apple

If you’re looking for practical nutrition and fitness info, Mark Sisson is your man. Covering everything from training tips to nutritional sciences to paleo recipes, marksdailyapple.com is a great resource!

6. Paleo OMG

We all love paleo recipes. paleomg.com has the best. simple
